  • Make announcement to get IG from subcom

  • Make announcement re: early meetup before induction on Sunday

    • Alec and Rokika to write an intro doc to brief subcom on what to expect for the year

  • Create issues list

    • Must happen before First meeting (setup meeting)

    • Label with relevant tags (good first ticket, p0, frontend/backend etc)

    • bump on staging branch on Saturday (Platforms busy until Friday)

  • First meeting to happen on week 7 f2f

    • Should fill a when2meet with subcom to find a day when they can meet up on a weekly basis on campus
