• everything on events form has been completed except for google calendar event
• no current team

Smaller projects:
* fix csesoc pathways and get it working again (gets 502 as of a week ago)
* same but for csesoc wiki
* mailing list template
* arrange sponsors into tiers within website
* get an integrated web version into the website
* utility to find free classrooms
* script to keep server updated once its on our new hosting solution from SS
* fixing the events form that ray made
* update the pictures in the csesoc website header

events form
- execs send out an event
- this person is a sectretary, this person is a vp etc
- right now just sends an email
- could be used as a system on top of this
- e.g. history of events, could integrate with bark
- e.g. if social heads want to run an event, there will be questions so all details are available upfront, will send an email to arc delegate to book a room, inform co-pres, other portfolios etc
- internal list of events, here is a link etc
- can give to other societies

hoodie automation form
- stock take - e.g. 50 hoodies in socs
- atm we have a spreadsheet with abunch of formaulas that could just be coded into a nice interface

no camp - yearly thing, already neat

website
- django/python
- improvements to the website:
- just use a command to be able to
- ask nick whyte about the website
- design improvements - e.g. more modern with new logo
- static website - has no backend
- could we do template ?
- sheer volume - don't know where to start

- take someone out of their role if something comes up for sysadmin

actions:
ofir - make chat with nick/amri/ofir
taimur - send ofir public key to give access to server, ssh in and look at code, can add people in the team
amri - attend project meetings
