Overview
Over the course of the last six months, it has become apparent that there is a severe lack of skill and understanding regarding developer and platform tools such as Docker. The technical team believes that upskilling teams (potentially starting off with leads first) would allow teams to make better use of extremely useful tools such as Docker, while reducing friction with its implementation for deployment.

Different segments are possible though like one workshop for docker specifically, another one for CI/CD pipelines, testing, etc.
