Overall Visions
Deploy CHAOS with basic application and offers functionality.
Complete rewrite of back end, using new back end framework and SQLx.
Write documentation for back end to ease addition of future features.
Consult with subcommittee and DevSoc for new features.
Add features that ease society management.
Principles
Don’t be afraid to ask questions and for help with your work. We should all collaborate to get things done.
Always design with UX in mind. Using CHAOS must be enjoyable for the user.

Goals for Leading Subcommittee
Frequent bonding activities to foster friendships within subcommittee.
Get ideas from everyone on what they want to do.
Weekly meetings to keep people accountable, and to enable easier collaboration.
Make sure new people feel just as welcomed as any one staying on from last year.
Directors always open for DMs whenever a subcommittee member has any problems or concerns.
