There needs to be a handover in ability to configure the Google Maps Platform once jessica@csesoc.org.au is no longer available

The Map feature on Freerooms utilises @react-google-maps/api which uses Google Maps Platform. Configuration is currently conducted via jessica@csesoc.org.au.

To update the API keys and their restrictions, go to: https://console.cloud.google.com/google/maps-apis/credentials?authuser=1&project=freerooms-dev-sandbox

Currently the API key is visible in the frontend source code and future work can be done to move this server-side and “hide” it better. However, API restrictions should prevent unwanted use.
