What was done well?

  • nice progress on the database stuff

 

What could have been done better?

  • some issues with setup and dev experience might need to work on that a bit more with some hindsight

  • not getting sick

  • week 8 goes brrrrrrrrrrr

  • @Peter Derias (Unlicensed) stop volunteering for random non-circles project shit

  • starting cards earlier to identify issues (Sona debugging )

  • recursive str methods are a little finicky

  • i got an idea from Hayes for the recommendation system, based on ingesting CSE data. This probably will be pretty circles-adjacent and won’t deal too much with our existing codebase, but will something we expose.

    . This can test a degree can be completed, which gives us confidence that it can work with minimal bugs. If there are bugs it wont be too bad since there exists some path that allows them to go around the issue.
