• refactoring of getStructure, addition of the toggle for locked courses

• Very simple fixes to how specialisations are handled in conditions_preprocessing.py and user.py to allow for honours + wildcards

• Made list of common issues from error.json for specialisations

• Cards were generally more controlled this time, with only Joel’s one being a little cursed (improvement lol)
