Our main tasks is just to organise and see the success of this event. If any troubles or busyness ever comes you, always communicate, we love u!

@Winnie Zhang (Unlicensed) What will go on on the day? just mingling? What if we had live music XD we should all learn the Im Just Ken dance (flash mob)

• Also any talks, presentations, competitions/raffles? EngSoc once had a passport and then go into a raffle.

  • Themed? (e.g. EngSoc’s careers fair last year was monster inc theme, every booth is like a new door, like in the movie, and then u get a stamp at every store and then can go into a raffle to win headphones) WHAT IF BARBIE THEMED

• tbh if we did it open day style, with stalls, it would reach all degrees, rn design studio is very compsci/mech

• Give out freebies?

• @Franco Reyes (Unlicensed) I like the idea of the collecting stamps from each stall to get/enter draw for prize. Maybe make them use the project and show the ppl at the stall to get the stamp? e.g. for freerooms you need to find the timetable for the room or smth

  • Could tie all the projects together somehow as well with a story. Like you’re helping <person/otter> plan their term/day or whatever, and you have to do all these tasks with each of the projects

  • Maybe can throw together a website rather than a physical passport

  • FINAL DECISION: Pixel retro game like theme from “Meet the Directors 2023” video. Like participants are playing a game and have to unlock levels to get prizes

• Stretch goal for world domination : Projects starter guides

• Task for Circles stall - get participants to plan out their degree

• Project stalls will talk about the project itself, how to use it, advertise its cool features

@Winnie Zhang (Unlicensed) tbh it sounds like all projects are having a cooking competition XD

• but also, it could be misleading, like are you having a taste of being in the projects team (cos the name is similar to the Subcom Taster events we have run previously), we are giving taster of using the projects is forefront.
