Dom:

  • Try to give members more smaller achievable tasks

  • Don’t be too ambitious otherwise everyone might burnout from trying to meet the expectations

  • Build rapport with the team

  • Having weekly coding sessions made working on the project a lot easier for the members

  • People who score highly on interviews aren’t necessarily going to be the most productive members
