Catering Logistics
Overview
Multiple options to cater to vegetarians, dietary requirements, etc!
Goal: We want premium food and ideally not a huge meal. Preferably things served throughout the small intermissions between speakers that they can sip on or eat without making a mess.
Budget: UP TO 10k (don’t force yourself to spend all of it)
Capacity: 246 (could change to 120 in which case we will halve the budget)
Your tasks are to:
Catering
Seem the venue has 2 caterers.
