Motivation

Make Projects feel less isolated within teams. Allow greater transparency within Projects. Credit to @Leesa Kristina Dang (Unlicensed) for her idea which I found while digging through old meeting minutes.

Plan

• Every month in the #shoutouts-and-recaps channel, one member from each team will give a quick informal shoutout/recap on something they’ve accomplished

  • Can be really troll, like “our website crashed 5 times because we merged failed tests so we’ve spent the past month implementing more automated testing gg”

• People can respond in threads ← extremely important!!! idk why people don’t use threads more often!!! !!!
