Motivation

Make Projects feel less isolated within teams. Allow people to meet others in different teams. Have fun!

Plan

  • Every month on a specified date (either variable or fixed, e.g. 20th), there will be a Projects-wide event

  • Every team will be in charge of one specific month

  • Some examples of ideas include games night, study session, movies, food, drinks, ice-skating, idk you guys come up with some stuff

Concerns

  • Engagement might taper off throughout the year

    • Once a month hopefully isn’t too much spam

    • Can always do study session near exam time and get attendance boost

  • Run out of interesting ideas

    • Games night always good fallback

    • Ask CSESoc for more budget lol
