Communication

We aim to keep meetings to a minimum.

1. Meetings will consist of sprint reviews and sprint planning, roughly occurring every 1 – 2 months depending on the time of year.

2. We will have weekly to fortnightly asynchronous standups, where every team member must answer the following 3 questions:

   1. What have I worked on in the past week/fortnight?

   2. What will I be working on in the coming week/fortnight?

   3. What issues are blocking me?

Make sure you focus your updates on what was planned during our sprints.

Tools

• Jira is where we’ll store our roadmap, sprints, epics and stories. Whenever you work on the project, focus on the tasks assigned here.

• Confluence this is where we'll store our meeting minutes and other relevant project information.

• Discord is where we’ll have virtual meetings and asynchronous standups.
